How were these numbers measured?

The 'after' figures come from its first six weeks on QuietGrowth (29 inquiries, 80 emails). Response time is the gap between an inbound inquiry arriving and the first reply, drafted by QuietGrowth and approved by the venue.
What was the sample size?
One launch pilot so far: a multi-use event venue in Lansing, MI. The baseline is two years of its real inquiries; the results are the first six weeks live. It's a same-venue before-and-after, not an industry-wide claim, and we'll publish more venues as they come online.
Did the venue use full automation or review-before-send?
Review-before-send. Every draft was queued for the venue to approve so they could hear their own voice before anything shipped. Across the pilot, customers never flagged a single reply as automated. Once tone is dialled in, low-risk routine replies can auto-send while sensitive or low-confidence drafts keep queuing.
What about inquiries that didn't book?
Not every inquiry becomes an event. In the pilot, 45% of leads engaged and 21% reached a qualified handoff. The rest got a fast, professional reply and a clear next step instead of silence; several declined politely, which freed the team from chasing dead threads.
