Common questions

The things venue owners always ask first.

01Who reviews each draft?
Whoever you nominate, usually you, your events manager or whoever already owns the inbox. Drafts sit in your queue with the lead's email and the full context. You can approve, edit or reject in one click.
02What if no one reviews a draft in time?
You set the rule. Default is 'wait for me', the draft holds in the queue until approved. You can also set per-category auto-send after a delay (e.g. 'auto-send routine availability replies if not reviewed within 15 minutes') once you're confident in the tone.
03Can drafts ever send without my review?
Only if you turn on auto-send for a specific category. Sensitive threads (pricing disputes, complaints, contract questions) always queue for review regardless of the setting. You can revert to full review-before-send at any time.
04Is there a setup fee?
No. We onboard pilot venues with no setup fee, we extract your knowledge base from your past emails and documents ourselves. You pay the monthly subscription, nothing else.
05What counts as one inbox?
One inbox = one connected Gmail or Outlook address belonging to one venue. Shared aliases (info@, events@) all count as one if they route to the same inbox. Multiple physical properties or separate sales emails count as separate inboxes.
06Can I switch plans or cancel mid-month?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, prorated up or down. You can change tiers at any time and there are no annual lock-ins.
07What about the 30-day free trial?
The first 30 days are free on every plan so you can compare reply times against your own baseline. We don't ask for payment up front, billing starts on day 31 if you stay.
08Do you offer annual discounts?
Pay annually and get two months free on Starter and Growth. Pro and Enterprise can be scoped annually around your inquiry volume, properties and workflow complexity.
